Shipping & Returns

All of our products are free shipping to the worldwide with DHL, EMS, USPS, chronopost, canadapost, etc. You can refer to site http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or http://www.dhl.com for more details.

As a rule, delivery time is about 7 working days. We will inform you tracking info once we send out your items.

We offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date if the following conditions are met:

1. Returned items must be completely new in saleable condition.

We WILL NOT accept returns and/or exchanges if there is evidence that the shoes have been worn outdoors. We reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated herein.

2. A return authorization number must accompany all returns and exchanges.

To return a product, you must contact Customer Service for a return authorization number. It is the same as Order Number. If a return authorization number is not obtained prior to returning the package, the return may not be accepted. during normal business hours of 8 am - 4 pm Pacific to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers will not be provided by email.

Return for Exchange

Ordering your exchange item will better ensure availability. We will refund your purchase price once we receive your return. If you choose not to order, you still must call to obtain a return authorization number. Once you have obtained this authorization, please complete the form by following the instructions located at the bottom of your receipt.

  1. Return Shipping Charges: Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the item back to us. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
  2. Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund.
  3. Worn items: Used or worn items will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please call if you believe your item to be defective. All returns and exchanges must be new and completely unworn.
Return For Refund

Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

We recommend using an insured parcel service such as USPS or UPS for all returns. You may use the tracking number they provide to track the status of your return.

Destination of Delivery
We offer shipping to US, CANADA, UK, most European countries (central, west & north), Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and most of Asian countries via Chinapost EMS, it is fast and secure!

Time of Delivery
Please allow up to 2 days (48 hours) for the orders to be processed and shoes to be ready for delivery after the payment is received, and another 5-14 working days (excluding weekends or Holidays) of delivery time. Normally it will take no more than 10 days, some might take longer due to the destinations or other unexpected issues, just be a little patient.

Out of Stock

If the shoes that the customers ordered are found out of stock, we will send the customers an email to ask for their second choice of different style, color or size at the same price or we can hold the money on the customer's behalf till we get the required shoes back to stock.

RETURNS POLICY:

All returns and exchanges are subject to prior approval by us. Any shoes found in condition other than original as when shipped by us, which may include customer's alterations, scratches, or any other damage which prevents the shoes from being sold "as new", will be subject to our discretion for acceptance, and if we believe that it cannot be made in "as new" condition, will be returned to the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge if returned within 30 days of purchase date, no credit will be given if returned after 45 days. All returns should be insured. We are not responsible for shoes damaged or lost during shipping from the customer to us. The customers are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns and exchanges.

Exchange
All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products, and can only be made if the shoes are factory defective and/or we made an error filling the customer's order. If the customers are exchanging for shoes of higher value then they must pay the difference. If the shoes are of lower value no credit will be issued.

Refund
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the shoes are factory defective and/or we made an error filling your order.And for all refunds there will be a $10 processing fee. In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded.

Unclaimed packages

Any returned unclaimed packages due to the invalid address the customer gave us will not be resent and no credit will be given back.
